I tried doing the same thing in march, trying to get them added to the archive. i came to the conclusion that they have no official taping policy, but band members are cool with tapin, but won't make an 'official statement' much like ben harper. I think they are okay with stealth recordings, but no mic stands. good luck!

I did a quick search on google and came up with this:
http://www.progcdr.org/prog_band_taping_trading_policies.htm
it says radiohead as an official policy(that says they do allow it); now it's a matter of finding it:)

but this guy says otherwise:

EDIT: http://www.etreenews.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=393 - deemed etree friendly by etree news staff. does that mean they can be shared then if they approved by etree? the band members gave it an OK.

seems like no one has officially asked their management however

Oh well I'll keep searching for an official stance on it.

It means that you can trade RH live stuff at will through etree.org lists, messageboards, ftp sites etc and no etree.org moderators will kick your butt for that. ;)

IMO the stuff etreenews.org quoted is not enough of a go-ahead from RH to be hosted here at this site.

Archive.org is a whole separate project, run by different people. There's overlap in the community and volunteering though!
